At the Cosmo Beauty Summer Camp We are Professional Hairstylist and we are using our talents to better educate our youth in taking better care of their hair.
About The Camp
Our camp educates pre-teens and teenagers on essential hairstyling techniques to promote healthy hair care and prevent hair loss. Participants learn practical skills used by professional hairstylists for everyday styling. Topics include cosmetology history, communication, life skills, hairstyling, shampoos, conditioners, sanitation, professionalism, business skills, manicures, and the importance of proper hair relaxer application. Our goal is to empower youth with knowledge to care for their hair and prepare them for potential careers in cosmetology.
Anthony McClendon- Creator/Executive Director
Is a Master Cosmetologist, Educator, Trichologist Practitioner, and founder of AJM Cosmetology & Education Resources LLC. Prior to entering the field of Cosmetology, Anthony received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, He has over 25 years of expert, administrative, and teaching experience, and his intense training seminars and workshops are guaranteed to improve your skills through in-depth education that will increase your knowledge of the hair, its structure, and wellness. The Cosmo Beauty Summer Camp was created to better educate teens on some of the basic skills and techniques used by most professional hairstylist which will aid in everyday styling that they may do at home.
